SUNDAY SCHOOL CONCERT

A large audience of members and friends of the Anglican Sunday school, Point Chevalier, showed no small appreciation of the items given at a concert in Armstrong’s Hall on Monday evening. Credit for the success of the entertainment is largely due to Mesdames Bailey and Taylor, who spent much time in training the young performers, many of whom showed marked promise. The minister, the Rev. W. Gillam, and the church officers spoke highly of the good work being done by the teachers of the growing Sunday School.
