Mr. H. C. Jones, a member of the council of the A.A.A. is representing his association at a special meeting in Wellington of the North Island and South Island Motor Unions to discuss the proposed motor regulations. » * * The funeral took place yesterday of Mr. J. C. Hardie, a life member of the A.A.a. Mr. Hardie was an early president of th* association, being elected about 1909 and retaining the office for two years.
