L. Speedy’s bungalow of four rooms and conveniences, situated in East Lake Road, Milford, Wednesday, December 14, at 2 p.m. A grand opportunity of purchasing good second-hand furniture is offered at the sale by nublic auction of a large and varied of furnishings and garden tools of every description to be conducted by Messrs. J. H. Ansell and Co., on the premises of the “Ponsonby Market,” 150 Ponsonby Road, on Monday next, December 5, at 10.30 a.m. The lease having expired, the auctioneers’ instructions are to sell without reserve, and the sale will be carried on each day until everything is sold. Mr. Roy Squirrell will be the auctioneer. In the centre of one of the richest dairying districts in the Auckland Province, Pukekohe, a valuable business site, 60 feet to King Street and 180 feet to Edinburgh Street, is to be offered by public auction by Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., on the ground at Pukekohe, on Friday next, December 9, at 3 0.30 a.m. This section is subdivided into three lots, and is the only vacant corner section available in the progressive portion of the business area of Pukekohe.
