A PAGE FOR SUNBEAMS

/CONTRIBUTIONS are invited for the Christmas Happy Town page, which is to be entirely the work of Sunbeams. Sharpen your pencils, little scribes; uncork your Indian ink, little artists; weave your magic rhymes, little poets, in order that our first Christmas page may be one to remember. Prizes will be awarded as follows: Short Stories, not exceeding 300 words (First and Second prizes)* . Poems, not exceeding 20 lines (First and Second prizes). Drawings, to be finished in Indian ink (First and Second prizes). Conditions: Open to children of 15 and under, the entries to be written on only one side of the paper, endorsed by parent or guardian as the original work of Sunbeam, and to reach the Dawn Lady, Happy Town, THE SU-?4 Office, Auckland, not later than December 10.
