SAMOAN REPORT

COMMISSIONS INQUIRY document for the house DISCUSSION NEXT SESSION (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, To-day. The report of the Royal Commission on the Samoan administration has been signed by the Governor-General, and received by the Prime Minister, and before the session ends will be laid on the table of the House on the definite understanding that the document will not be discussed by members till next session. Mr. Coates said in the House this morning that ho was prepared to lay on the table a statement in connection with the Imperial Conference report, on condition that it, also, was not discussed. Mr. H. E. Holland would not agree to this, claiming that members were entitled to the report, and to discuss it.
