SCOTS CELEBRATE HAGGIS AND SKIRLING PIPES Th« haggis was piped in with full ceremony at the St. Andrew’s Day anniversary celebration in Scots Hall, Symonds Street, last evening, during one of the most successful meetings of the St. Andrew’s Society held in Auckland.
