Favourable consideration was; re- ■ commended for the petition of Michael Johu Coyle and two others, of Auck- : land, for remission of stamp and gift 1 duty, the committee stipulating that satisfactory provision should be made for the public to have undisputed i access to the property iu question as t a sports ground.
