Pipes Will Skirl When St. Andrew's Scots Assemble
HAHE pipes will skirl in St. Andrew's Hall to-night. The occasion is the annual assembly of the St. Andrew’s Society, loyal Scots every one. To-day is St. A n-
drew's Day. To benighted Sassenachs it does not convey a great deal. Except to the bank clerk who is given a holiday in honour of Scotia’s patron saint. All banking institutions and insurances offices are closed today.
