CRIMINAL SESSIONS
FIXTURES FOR NEXT YEAR The criminal session fixtures for the Auckland Supreme Court during 1928 have been arranged. The first quarterly session will open on February 7; the second, on May 8; the third, on July 31; and the final, on October 30. At Hamilton, the sessions will be February 21. June 12, August 28, and November 20.
. The Court of Appeal will begin its sittings, in Wellington on March 12 (fix-st division), June 25 (second division), and September 25 (third division).
