ST. JOHN’S. PAPATOETOE

ANNIVERSARY SERVICES

The anniversary services of St. John's Presbyterian Church, Papatoetoe, were celebrated in the Great South Road church yesterday.

At the morning service the Rev. E. R. Harries, of St. James's Church, Auckland, occupied the pulpit, and delivered a special sermon to the children, and at the evening service the Rev. T. H. Roseveare presided. Special singing was given by a children's choir at both services, and in each instance the building was full. The annual soiree will be held on Friday night, when the children will provide the, programme after the tea ha* been disposed of.
