OLD-TIME DANCE

LABOUR PARTY FUNCTION A “Best of All” old time dance will be given this evening in O’Neill Street Hall by the Grey Lynn Labour Party. The hall has an excellent floor and is delightfully cool. Paltridge’s Orchestra will play good music. Chocolates, cigarettes and streamers may be obtained at the dance. King Vidor will direct Marion Davies in “The Patsy,” for Metro-Gold wynMayer. Vidor has just completed “The Crowd,” which is said to be the logical succession to “The Big Parade,” although concerned entirely with peacetime events.
