EXCHANGE OF TEACHERS
GREATER NUMBER THIS YEAR (TIIE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Under the scheme for the interchange of teachers with overseas Dominions, it is announced from Home that, in the coming year, a greater number of exchanges will be made with Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Only teachers between the ages of 25 and 45, who have had at least live v ears’ experience, are eligible to be • pproved as candidates. The London
County Council grants one year’s leave of absence with pay, and to those •omul for South Africa. Australia, and New Zealand, additional time if necessary for travelling. No contributions • *n bo mado toward the cost cf pasage or other expenses.
