Press Association. FEILDING, Friday. At the Feilding stock sale to-day there was a good entry of sheep and a medium yarding of cattle. The sheep consisted mainly of two and four-tooth wethers, which were in good demand and sold at advanced prices. Cattle sold about on a par with late sales. Fat woolly hoggets made up to 32s yd: fat lambs, 25s 3d; fat ewes, 19s 6d to 21s 9d; fat wethers, 27s 6d to 30s 4d; fat shorn B.F. hoggets, 24s Sd; two-tooth wethers, 22s 3d to 24s 6d; four-tooth wethers, 22s 3d to 24s 6d; four-tooth wethers, 25s lOd to 265; woolly mixed sex hoggets, 2Ds; ewes and lambs, 3<s to Yearling Jersey heifers brought from £3 to £5 2s 6d; yearling Aberdeen Angus steers, £4 5s to £5; three and four-year Aberdeen Angus bullocks, £7 Ss 6d to £8: fat cows, £5 5s to £6 12s 6d; forward cows, £3 10s to £4 10s; empty cows, £2 10s to £3 10s; heifers in milk, £6 10s; cows in milk, £5. PIOPIO DAIRY CO. PAY-OUT (From Our Own Correspondent) PIOPIO, Friday. A pay-out on a basis of Is 6d a lb for butter-fat was made by the Piopio Dairy Coy. on November 20. The total sum involved was £8,500.
