SUIT-CASES DISAPPEAR
THEFT FROM VERANDAH Two medium-sized suitcases mysteriously disappeared from a house in Orakei Road last week. Mrs. Hollywood, who is leaving for America, placed her luggage out on the verandah out of the way and left it there over-night. In the morning two empty suitcases had disappeared, while tho rest of the luggage, including four suitcases and two travelling trunks, ail packed, remained untouched. One of the suitpases was branded with the name of the owner.
