In 1906 a wharf was constructed by the Crown for the Pacific Cable Board on land transferred from the Auckland Harbour Board to the Devcmport Borough Council. This land, together with adjoining land forming part of the Queen’s Parade, is now to be vested in the Crown. The construction by the Public Works Department of a bridge over the Hikutaia canal is validated by another clause, while a further provision authorises the adjustment of title boundaries to lands adjoining the Omeheu Stream, Kangitaiki.
