NEW POLICY IN SHEFFIELD DECISION OF COUNCIL By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Saturday. The Sheffield City Council, which is controlled by a majority of Labour members, has adopted a new curriculum for children from 11 to 15 years old, with a view to improving education in the elementary schools. The new curriculum is nearly up to matriculation standard and includes mathematics, modern languages, science and literature.—A. and N.Z.
