CITY WELCOMES SECRETARY FOR DOMINIONS.—The Rt. Hon. L. S. Amery and Mrs. Amery were accorded a civic welcome, at noon to-day in the Town Hall by the Mayor of Auckland (Mr. George Baildon) and a great attendance of citizens. Among those on the platform were the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates) and the Hon. Sir Francis Bell, Leader of the Legislative Council.
