COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waipu, which left early this afternoon for Surfdale and Ostend, is due back again at 7.30 p.m. this evening. The Gael sailed early this afternoon for Omiha. She is due back again at half past eight to-morrow evening. The Paroto sailed at noon to-day for Awanui and Waipapakauri. The Rangitoto left Auckland this morning for Thames. Arriving back again at S p.m. to-morrow, she is to be dispatched at 11.30 a.m. on Monday next on the return trip. The Matangi is due at 7 a.m. from Tauranga. She is to be dispatched again at 7 p.m. on Monday on the return trip. The Taniwha, sailing at 8.30 p.m. tomorrow for Paeroa, returns again on Tuesday morning. The Waipu makes a trip to Surfdale to-morrow, sailing at 9.50 a.m. and returning again at 8 p.m. The Gisborne Sheepfarmers’ steamer, Tiroa, is expected to arrive to-morrow evening from the East Coast. She loads on Monday and sails at noon on Tuesday for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Richardson steamer, Awahou arrives on Monday morning from the. East Coast. She loads on Monday and sails as usual at 5 p.m. on Tuesday for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne. The Mako is due about the middle of next week from the East Coast, to load again for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Coronation sailed early this afternoon for Awanui North. The Portland sails from Whakatane to-day for Auckland. She is due on Monday and leaves again on Wednesday on the return trip. The Elsie Mary leaves this evening for Tolaga Bay and Gisborne. The Scot sails on Monday for Waipu. The Waimea sailed from Napier at 10 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow. She leaves here on Tuesday afternoon on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kurow, en route from Port Craig, Bluff, Dunedin, and Timaru, left Lyttelton at 9 p.m. yesterday for Wellington, Napier, and Auckland. The Wingatui arrives at Auckland tomorrow from Southern ports, and is to sail next Wednesday for Wellington Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. 'The Kekerangu left Wellington yesterday for Castlecliff, New Plymouth,

The Waipahi sailed from Portland yesterday for Wellington and Lyttelton, and loads at the latter port about Tuesday for Auckland. The Waipiata leaves Dunedin to-day via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington, for Auckland. The Kaimanawa loads at Westport on Monday for Auckland, and should arrive here about Thursday next. The Gunbar is expected at Auckland next Saturday from East Coast ports, and sails the following Monday on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne, and Napier. The Corinthic leaves Wellington tomorrow for Napier, to complete her loading for Home. The Turakina should clear Port Chalmers to-day for New Plymouth, where she is due on Monday to continue her loading. The Tremeadow leaves V estport to-day for Nauru Island, to load for Australia.
