BIBLE-CLASS LEADERS

PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATES Members of the Methodist Bible Class Union who have completed the first year’s work of the leadership training course were presented with certificates at the Grafton Road Methodist Hall on Saturday evening. Mrs. F. \V. Whyte, president of the Auckland Union, presided. The meeting took the form of a capping ceremony. Dr. Ranston, president of the Methodist Conference, made the presentations. The scheme of work for the three years which it was intended the course should take was outlined by the Rev A. B. Chappell. M.A.. the tutor to the course. A short musical and elocutionary i programme was tlien given. 1
