REFRESHING COMEDY

“CRADLE SNATCHERS” The refreshingly bright comedy,, “Cradle Snatchers,” was played to another good house at His Majesty’s Theatre last night. Cleverly produced, with a picked cast to handle the many and varied roles, this production offers unlimited entertainment. They say there is no fool like an old fool, and three husbands who find amusement with three flappers are neatly caught at their own game when their wives hire three boys. From the start there are laughs, and Miss Olive Sloane, as Susan Martin, fully lives up to the reputation which preceded her. John Ha.lloran, as the pseudo Spaniard, is really excellent, and his love spasms are replete with amusement. Maury Tuckerman, also on hire, is always in the picture, and the supporting artists are undeniably good. The production will be concluded to-night.

Two of the oldest actors in motion pictures and one of the youngest are among the players in “Bringing Up Father,” which v is to be released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. They are Hugh Saxon and Mike Ready, both of whom appeared in the first pictures made in Los Angeles. The youngest is Annette de Kirby, a little over five years of age, who has been playing child parts for several years. The cast includes Marie Dressier, and Polly Moran, J. Farrell MacDonald and Gertrude Olmsted
