VERY SLIGHT CHANGE IN UNEMPLOYMENT

Figures supplied by the Labour Bureau this morning showed that the total number of unemployed this week was 565, compared with 566 last week. Of this total men fit for.heavy work numbered 487 and men suitable for only light work 78. Last week’s figures were 465 and 101 respectively. Men placed in employment during the week totalled ..170, compared with 126 for the week ending November 12.
