THEFTS AT HUTT
MAN PLEADS GUILTY IN NEED OF MONEY Press Association. WELLINGTON. To-day. Five charges of breaking and entering business premises in Lower Hutt and stealing clothing, money and office sundries to the value of £56 0s 4d; also breaking and entering the Hutt Cabinet Companv premises with intent to commit a crime, was admitted by Thomas Doudas Forsyth, labourer, aged 20, who said he had been out of work and wanted money to go elsewhere. He was committed for sentence. He also admitted stealing articles and money to the value of £4 2a Gd and the conversion of a motor-car, %alued at £550, the property of Mr. Barrett. On these charges he was remanded for sentence pending Supreme Court proceedings. -
