TRAFFIC LAWS BROKEN BACH OF OFFENDERS FINED City motorists who had ignored the traffic regulations were fined for their carelessness at the Police Court today. For having cars insufficiently lighted W." Smith, H. C. Fabling, C. A. Hill, w. Rogers and R. R. Lovett were each fined 10s. A. Gibbons was fined. £1 for dangerous driving. £ f or faulty parking F. Voice was fined For driving an unregistered ear, J. A. Sharp was fined 10s. COUNCIL PROSECUTIONS The following were penalties for offenders prosecuted by the City Council:— For dangerous driving R. P. Williams and J. H. Davis were each fined £3. For passing a traracar on the wrong side E. J. Edwards was fined £2. For leaving cars unattended, B. W Bailey was fined 10s and E. F. Bunting For leaving a car on an unauthorised stand S. J. Ritchie was fined £l. For having no rear light on his car K. V. Lawless was fined 10s. The Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., for failing to charge the prescribed fares on its buses, were fined £3 on one charge and were ordered to pay cost on 16 others.
