SIX MEN ARRESTED GREAT PLOT REVEALED By Cable . — Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Sunday. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says the hand of the Soviet has been disclosed in a plot to smuggle £1,000.000 worth of bonds out of Hungary'- The affair has caused a sensation on the Continent. The conspirators arranged for the bonds to be smuggled out of Hungary and fraudulently stamped with the marks of British and French banks in order to render them negotiable on a gold basis. . _ . Six persons have been arrested, including Josef Blumenstein, a Viennese banker who is a millionaire, Pierre Lacaze, formerly French Consul at San Francisco * and Boris Tobvani, a Rumanian who 1> alleged to be a Soviet agent.—Sun.
