LARGEST SHIP BUILT IN UNITED STATES
AIRCRAFT CARRIER GREAT VESSEL COMPLETED By Cattle.—Press Association.—Copyright NEW YORK, Sunday. A message from Camden, New Jersey, says the aircraft carrier Saratoga, the largest ship ever built in the United States, will be moved shortly from the shipyard to the Philadelphia navy yard. The Saratoga has been under construction for seven years. She will be formally placed in commission on November 16. The vessel Is 888*feet long and 106 feet wide at the flying deck. She will displace 33,000 tons at her service load.—A. and N.Z.
