CARE OF IMMIGRANTS
NEED FOR DEPOTS OPINION OF CLERGY Press Association. DUNEDIN, Saturday. At a meeting of clergymen, the Mayor, Mr. W. B. Taverner, presiding, the following resolution was carried: “This meeting urges on the Immigration Department the urgent need of establishing receiving depots for the reception and care of immigrants in the four centres.’’
