FIVE MONTHS IN ROSS SEA Rp Cable.—Press Association.— Copyright. Reed. 10 a.m. HOBART, To-day. The Norwegian whaling steamer, N. T. Neilsen Alonso, with five chasers, sailed for the Ross Sea. It is hoped to obtain between from 40,000 to 50,000 barrels of oil, and to return to Hobart about the end of March.—A. and N.Z.
