TRANSTASMAN TRIPPERS CAME FROM TOWNSVILLE Mervyn Tiiomas Reeves, aged 22, and Charles Edward Delaney, aged 22, who were charged at the Police Court today with stowing away on the S.S. Mahia at Townsville, were sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment. The accused said they were without money. A ship’s officer reported that they had behaved satisfactorily on the trip.
