HIS SIRE—WILDWOOD JNR.—was winner of many races; among which he twice won the N.Z. Trotting Cup, £3,000, and for three consecutive years headed the list of winning sires. PRESIDENT WILSON’S DAM was WATTLE, by the famous Rothchiid, who headed the list of winning sires for years. WATTLE'S DAM was WATLESS, by Berlin (Imp.), from the Imported Kentucky-bred mare, MESSENGER MAICE. THELMA, dam of Wildwood Jnr., is the gem of the N.Z. Stud Book, in that she has produced more good performers than any other mare.
