A message from Tulagi, in the Solomon Islands, says that 12 tribesmen were captured by the punitive force. They were suffering from malaria and dysentery. There were some casualties from these causes. ’ ' 4 The situation is well in hand, but some weeks must elapse before Malaita returns to normal conditions. An earlier wireless message said that two more outlaws were killed, and five were captured, by the expedition. A previous message had stated that two natives were shot .and one captured on November 4. —A. and N.Z.
