Devonport’s New Wharf.—Good progress is being made with the construction of the new Devonport Wharf. A tptal of 4,194 square feet of decking was concreted during the past month, making a total of 40,345 square feet, or 71.7 per cent, of the whole area. The new vehicular bridge was placed in position on October 26.
