MUST OBSERVE RULES
Press Association. NAPIER, To-day. Mr. Justice MacGregor complimented the district on the absence of serious crime. In addressing the Grand Jury on the case arising out of a fatal motor accident, the Judge said motorists had to observe the rule of the road, refrain from speeding and keep a good look out. _________—
