“THE FLAG LIEUTENANT” Not only is there an Australian in the featured cast of the Paramount British release, “The Flag Lieutenant,” in the person of Lorothy Seacombe, but the battleship which forms a background for most of the action in the picture is also closely associated with Austrlia. This ship is the H.M.S. Tiger, which at the time of the great war was a companion ship of the H.M.A.S.
