DRAMATIC RECITAL

ST. MARY’S CON El T PUPILS A varied programme of vocal, instrumental, dancing, anl elocutionary numbers is to be given by pupils of St. Mary’s Convent High School, Ponsonby, and assisting artists, at the Town Hall Concert Chamber this evening. The first portion of the programme, which will be contributed by the pupils, will include recitals from “As You Like It” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” The second half will comprise items by pupils and assistsing artists, and from the programme to be given a very pleasing entertainment should result. • A full orchestra, under the direction of Mr. Leo Whitaker, will also assist. The proceeds will be in aid of the building fund.
