NEW ANTISEPTIC. —Presiding at a luncheon to scientists, Sir Alfred Mond announced the perfection of .a new antiseptic, which is a derivative of coal tar, called Monsol. LieutenI ant-General Sir Arthur Slosgan says Monsol has great virtues.
