Press Association* NEW PLYMOUTH, To-day. INFORMATION has been received at New Plymouth that Dr. W. Victor Bonney, chief surgeon at the Chelsea Hospital for Women, will leave England early in January for New Zealand, and after attending the British Medical Association Conference at Hamilton will, at the invitation of the Obstetrical Society, spend a few weeks touring the Dominion to study conditions affecting midwifery, and to meet members of the Obstetrical Society in their own localities.
