Leslie, grazier, of Manly, who was found shot dead in his motor-car on October 13. The three Higgs brothers were pressent in custody. A doctor stated in evidence that it would have been impossible for deceased’s wounds to have been selfinflicted. He was shot from behind while he was in a sitting position.
