Public notice is hereby given that the Otahuhu Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the undermentioned streets, proposes to classify such streets as set out hereunder pursuant to Section 7 of the Motor Lorry Regulations, 1925, and every other power enabling the said Council in that behalt. The classes as defined in the said Regulations to which the said Council proposes that each of such streets shall be declared to be long are as follow: — FIRST-CLASS—(Available for the use thereon of any motor lorry): Great South Road, Station Road, Manngere Road, Walmsley Road. THIRD-CLASS —(Available for the use thereon of any Motor Lorry which with the maximum load it is licensed to carry weighs not more than six tons): Panmure Road and Ivaka Street. FOURTHCLASS— (Available for the use thereon of any Motor Lorry which with the maximum load it is licensed to carry weighs not more than 4 tons): Luke Street. Prirces Street, Avenue Road, High Street, Fairburn Road, Nikau Road, Huia Road, Moa Street, Seddon Terrace, Saleyards Road, King Street. FIFTH-CLASS—(Available for the use thereon of any Motor Lorry which with the maximum load it is licensed to carry weighs not more than 2£ tons): Chelsea Avenue, Middlemore Street, Golf Avenue, Weka Street, McGee Street, Hans Street, Clevedon Road, Pukeiti Road, Hokonui Road, Hawiti Road, Albion Lane, Empire Lane, Criterion Ray way Street, Victoria Queen Street, Cracroft Nelson Street, Niger Mould Street, Alexander Street, Street, Street, Street, Street, Pratt Street, Gore Street, Cameron Street, Strange Street. .’ameron Street, Strange Street, Havelock Street, Thomas Street, ' Street, Blake Street, Edward Church Sti'eet, Hutton Street, Albert Street, Water Street, Brady Road, James Street.
