RAILWAY SERVANT CHARGED WITH THEFT
COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE Press Association. WELLINGTON. Wednesday. On a charge of theft from the- Government. Frederick Diver, a clerk at the Lambton Station, who had had lt»i years of service with the Railway Department, was to-day committed for sentence to the Supreme Court. The defalcations amounted to ill 12s sd, of which restitution ha 3 been made.
