MOTHERS’ UNION BRANCH MEETING The last meeting this year of St. Columba’s Mothers’ Union was held yesterday afternoon. After a brief service in the church the meeting adjourned to the hall, which was prettily decorated in blue and white with a profusion of flowers and pot plants. Members of the Epiphany Mothers’ Union were present, as also were ladies from St. Cuthbert’s Church. Items were given by Mesdames Henderson, Vaughan, Chandler and Miss Jean Douglas, and a competition was won by Mrs. Henderson.
