YOUNG MAN’S TROUBLES
A SERIOUS CHARGE BAIL REFUSED Leslie Bertram Dawson, aged 20, who pleaded not guilty at the Police Court to-day, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of indecently assaulting a girl aged 14. When accused applied for bail, Senior-Sergeant McCarthy said that he was at present in custody on a breaking and entering charge. Bail was refused in the meantime.
