Air temperature at 9 a.in., 62 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: maximum, 64 degrees: minimum, 57 degrees; maximum temperature in sun. 136 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 3 hours, 45 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 52 degrees. direction of wind at 9 a.m., N.W. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 279 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, .19 inches. Rainfall to dale this month, 2.66 inches. Average for October 3.91 inches.
