COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea, sailing at 4 p.m. to-day for Gisborne and Napier, on her return trip, calls at Gisborne, and is due back here next Monday.
The Kaituna is to leave Greymouth at 2 p.m. to-day for Auckland, where she is due on Friday next. The Kamo was to leave Napier late last evening for Gisborne and Auckland, and is due here on Thursday morning. After discharge at Auckland, the Kamo loads here and sails on Thursday evening for Lyttelton direct and Dunedin. The Waipiata. from Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. leaves Lyttelton at 5 p.m. to-day for Wellington and Auckland. She is expected to arrive here on Saturday. The Kaimanawa, en route from Westport via Wellington, left New Plymouth at 9 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow. After discharge here the Kaimanawa returns to the coal port. The Ivaitangata from Greymouth, via Wellington. leaves Napier at o p.m. today fo'r Auckland, where she is due on Thursday. The Kurow is sailing from Auckland at 10 p.m. to-day for Bluff direct and Port Craig. The Kaiapoi, which is loading at Greymouth for Auckland, should arrive here about Friday. The Kamona sailed from Auckland last evening for Portland to load cement for New Plymouth and Greymouth. At the latter port the Kamona loads again for Auckland. The Antonio leaves Wanganui to-mor-row for "Westport for bunkers before proceeding to Nauru Island to load for Australia. The Tiroa was to have left Auckland at noon to-day for Hicks Bay, Te Araroa and Gisborne, but on account of the heavy rain her departure has been postponed indefinitely, pending an improvement in the weather. The Awahou arrived at Auckland at 9 o’clock last evening from the coast, via Portland, and berthed at Central W harf. She is scheduled to sail at 5 o’clock this evening on the return trip to Tokomaru Bay, Hicks Bay and Gisborne, but on account of the weather it is doubtful if she will sail to-day. The Richardson steamer Mako is clue at Auckland on Thursday evening from the coast, via Portland. She loads on Friday and sails on Saturday for East Coast Bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Taniwha sails at midnight to-night for Paeroa. She is expected back again at S o’clock on Thursday morning. The Claymore sails at 10.30 p.m. to-day for Whangarei. She is due back again on Thursday morning. The Gael resumes running this afternoon, sailing at 3 o’clock for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. She has been laid up since last summer. The Rangitoto, arriving from Thames this afternoon, sails again at 8.30 a.m. to-morrow on the return trip. The Hauiti arrives at 3 p.m. to-day from Coromandel. She sails again at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Kopu and Turua. The Kawau arrives this evening from Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai. The Waipu is due at 5 o’clock to-mor-row morning from Kerepeehi. She sails again at 6 p.m. on Thursday on the return trip. The Matangi. arriving at 7 a.m. tomorrow from Tauranga, sails again at 7 p.m. the same day on the return trip.
