NEW SOUTH WALES BILL By Cable.- —Press Association. — Copyright. SYDNEY, Monday. The New Sduth Wales Cabinet has decided to introduce a Bill to amend the Industrial Arbitration Act and abolish compulsory unionism. The decision is the outcome of the recent award of the Industrial Commissioner, Mr. A. B. Piddington, when he ruled that non-unionists who did not join a union within a specified time must be dismissed. Preference of employment to unionists will not be interfered with by the proposed, legislation,— A. and N.Z.
