DOMINIONS’ INDUSTRIES
MINISTER URGES NEED FOR MANUFACTARIES Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. THON. A. D. McLEOD, Minister of Lands, in his address at the Pageant of industries strongly urged the development of secondary industries. He was convinced that a country like New Zealand must not depend on primary production alone. He claimed that there had never been in the history of the Dominion a more earnest band of workers for the general welfare and progress of people and the country than the present Ministry. rfc rvt rI-~ sr. 5%: rlt rit ric
