LEICESTER DEFEATED SUPERB DISPLAY GIVEN By Cable —-Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Saturday. The New South Wales Rugby team to-day defeated Leicester by two goals, one dropped goal, two tries, 20 points, to a goal and a try, 8 points. The first half was evenly contested and it was a fast open game. In the second half the Waratahs gave a superb exhibition of handling, and their tactics outclassed the local team, who were kept continually on the defensive. —A. and N.Z.-Sun.
