A GREAT RUGBY FORWARD
Tom Voyce, the popular English international forward and Gloucester captain, is not, after all, retiring from the game, states an English paper. Last season, after having played 27 matches for England—only W. W. Wakefield with 31 appearances has exceeded this fine record —Voyce injured a knee and did not play again. It was then stated that he would retire.
Voyce now says he has no intention of doing so, that his knee is now fit, and he will turn out for Gloucester if they require him. The finest exponent of wing-forward play in the United Kingdom, Voyce is an inspiration to any team, and it is to be hoped that he will not only play regularly, but regain his place in the national fifteen.
