THE Lyceum Club has arranged a Pastoral Piay to be presented in the gardens of the Ellerslie Racecourse on Saturday, December 3. The play, which should prove a decidedly popular innovation in Auckland, will be produced by Mrs. Scantlebury. under the direction of Mrs. W. E. Bush and Miss Janet Murray. A number of classical dances will be arranged by Miss Daphne Knight, and Mr. Alan McElwain will act as stage manager. The proceeds of the play are to be devoted to the Lyceum Club's Benevolent Fund.
