OLD-TIME DANCE

O’NEILL STREET HALL The Grey Lynn Labour Party will hold its “Best of All’ old-time dance in the O’Neill Street Hall, Ponsonby, tonight from eight o’clock until midnight. All that dance patrons could desire is provided for their enjoyment. An unsurpassed orchestra, expert attention and an excellent floor make this oldtime dance one of the most popular in Auckland. There will also be streamers, cigarettes and chocolates. After the dance a free bus leaves for Point Chevalier.

On Wednesday, November 9, a hardup social to raise funds to give work to the unemployed, in improving the grounds of the Grey Lynn School, will be held, and prizes will be given for the best costumes.
