THREE MEN FOUND GUILTY The theft of cigarettes and tobacco, valued at £7B 4s from the warehouse of Irving Clarke Company, Anzac Avenue, was proved against Ernest Clifford Hae. Francis Harry Rae and Kenneth McQuoid, in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Reed yesterday. Mr. Allan Moody appeared for the brothers Rae and Mr. Matthews for McQuoid. Mr. V. N. Hubble, for the Crown, said the charge was one of breaking, entering and theft.
